Frequently Asked Questions

How does the mask work?

The Sniff Relief mask works by heating up your nose and surrounding areas to alleviate sinus pressure and symptoms of stuffy nose. When this area warms up it increases blood flow to your sinuses which helps your body naturally rid itself of congestion.

How do I use it?

Plug it in and use the velcro strap to get a snug fit on your head. Then adjust the mendable nose to get the mask to fit the form of your face.

How hot does the mask get?

Temperature ranges from 105-140 degrees fahrenheit and allows the user to adjust the temperature in 5 degree increments.

How long does it take to work?

Everyone is different but we’ve found most people start feeling better within 10-15 minutes of wearing the mask. This depends on the person and severity of their congestion.

Will it burn my face?

No! We designed the mask with safety as our number one priority and limited the max temperature to 140 degrees fahrenheit.

What safety features does it have?

1. We step down the power to just 12 volts
2. The temperature controller has a built in circuit breaker if there is ever a surge
3. There is a built in temperature circuit breaker in the mask itself. If the temperature ever goes above 140 degrees it will automatically shut off.

What happens if I fall asleep with it on?

It is not recommended to fall asleep with the mask on.

Can I share it?

Sure! Sniff Relief was designed to be shareable and to last a long time.

How do I clean the mask?

We recommend using a wet wash cloth to gently clean the mask and then letting it air dry.

Can I use the mask in the bathtub?

NO WAY!!! Would you use a hair dryer in a bathtub??
